| China mobile telecommunication group has started to construct province-level market analysis system since 2003 nationwide.With years development, data quality management mechanism has been set up to ensure the data quality of the system.The company put forward much demand on how to safeguard data quality, with the improvement and show in provincial market analysis system value, the implement of importance management measures in IT system security management and internal risk control etc.This thesis discusses many technical problems and management questions in the process of data quality control, puts forward several advices on service and technology criterion of China mobile provincial market analysis system, and emphasizes the significance and real effect of the data source management and demand supervision for data quality guarantee, according to data quality control demand, my years of work experience and practices in the process of management combining service and technology criterion of China mobile provincial market analysis system.The thesis advances the inter relation of data quality and invest benefit, firstly points the efficiency management in data quality control.The thesis puts forward analysis index of data association character on the basis of six elements in criterion for data quality management of the system, makes appropriate adjustment, supplement and perfect on management problem of four main questions settled in criterion. Data quality control methods in this thesis also apply to other operators IT system's data quality management process, for example, integrated analysis sytem for data service which is in building, running and maintaining management system, comprehensive resource management system. Different system has different emphasis, the same as the use of control method. For instance, in comprehensive resource management system, data resource management process is vital composing part for data quality control. |
