| Telecom Reorganization and3G license bring full services operating times for the three operation business of China Telecom,China Mobile,China Unicorn. Network convergence, service convergence and IP-based are trend. Service of each operation business will infiltrate each other. Service kind provided will gradually uniform. Comprehensive competition will develop in the aspect of mobile phone, fixed telephone, Internet, special line of enterprise and various value-added service. Under new situation, the difference between fixed network operator and mobile operator will disappear, and each operation business needs deploy converged network to realize full-service. Access Network is closest to users, so the success or failure on the construction of Access Network will directly determine the realization of upper network business. The construction of Access Network facing full-service is a problem that each operation business pays attention to, which will be studied in this paper.The choices of access layer technology are many, and network IP is trend, but at present, combing with self condition, each operation business has different choice or inclination of technology. Under full-service background,"what kind of access network will be constructed "is still a problem that needs to study.This paper combined mainstream access technology and consulted plenty of related data, so that made analysis and discussion on the planning and construction of Access Network.First,this paper analysed the access requirement under full-service operation background, and made analysis from several angles on users,service and QoS. This paper also described the location and function of access network in the whole MAN. Second, this paper made detailed analysis on several classes of common access technology such as PO, LAN, AG, DSL, MSTP, PTN and IP RAN, whose technical features, evolution trends and application scenarios were studied, then their network models were analysed and summarized. This paper further described different access technology how to realize every kind of business access and QoS deployment as well as IP wrap protection such as MPLS TE, VPN FRR etc. Then, this paper analysed and summarized the model of full-service access optical cable network and access optical cable network how to combine application with every kind of access technology. Finally, this paper made emphases on the typical application cases of MSTP, PTN, IPRAN and PON applied in China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. The content includes several aspects such as network topology, broadband planning, route planning, clock synchronization, network management. The solution of facing full-service access network was obtained. |
