It has been providing the information to the terminal users, which is integrate with mobile intelligent terminal, so people can get all kinds of service that based on the location in anytime and anywhere, so as the service of navigation、 the search of surroundings、 information push and so on.First of all, this thesis introduces the status of the development of mobile GIS product at domestic and overseas, especially analyses the applying patterns of the existing products; then elaborates the concepts of mobile GIS, then discusses the detail of the character and the selection of the key technology; then explains the demands of the mobile tracking system and points the single work mode should be the reason to user that can’t obtain the mobile GIS services at any time and places.The topic designs the program of data cloud services under this background, then distributes the service data into the local databases and remote servers, then transfers the data to the user from cloud by a serial of data coordination and management mechanism at last. So mobile GIS can adapt to the change of external environment, which could hand over between "online mode" and "off-line mode" seamless and overcome the technical difficulties existed in the product, so the practical applicability and user experience have enhanced a lot.At the same time the project has introduced the middleware technology into the software designing, which deals with the procession or data storage and management from clouds, then it not only shields the complexity of data interaction and is convenient for the rapidly upper application develop, but could transplant to different platforms smoothly through the modulation and ensure the upper application use steadily.At last we have finished the mobile tracking system based on the platform of Android, which can obtain the friends’orbits in real time. It can except that the research results can be applied into the fields of LBS, which improve the practicability of the products.
