With the rapid development of science and technology, the modernization of management is the basis of the development of business. In order to accomplish something in the industry, there must be a corresponding information system construction. For an enterprise, customers means the possession of the initiative, and the customer satisfaction means that the prosperity of the enterprise. Good customer service is related to the future and the development of the enterprise.Most of the existing enterprise member services cannot fully meet the personalized needs of members. Management tools are primitive, and are basically using the manual input membership information, artificial way to manage the membership information. So the services are unable to keep up with the rapid pace of development of the enterprise. The disappearance of the customer relationship, changes in customer demand. Therefore, enterprises should co-ordinate the establishment of a new membership service management system to provide quality services to the general membership, to provide a convenient, fast, efficient, high-quality member service platform.Member Management system is the bridge to maintain cooperative relations between the company and its customers, and is one of the company’s core information systems. Member service management system, centralized storage of customer information collected from a variety of channels with the company, the company’s resources to provide a centralized information collection and storage as customer-facing service channels, and provide customers with information services.This paper first introduces the realities faced by the Member Management System, and the problem should be solved, and the solution should be taken to the ideas of this research sources and research ideas. Then separately introduces the needs analysis, use case analysis, system design, and the critical path to the system. Finally, the article lists the problems and future research prospects.In this paper, the realization of the system can achieve the efficient communication of information, and help enterprises to achieve standardization of member information management, to achieve rapid, comprehensive information collections, information processing, information storage, management and decision-making to provide a scientific basis, the enterprise business operation and management mode to a higher level update.
