In the high-pressure industrial turbine rotate at variable speed and variable power,the control system undertake the speed and load regulation control of the task conditions,and ensure unit operation of on safety, reliability, economy and automation. At present, the industrial steam turbine use more mechanical hydraulic control system, its structure and composition determine that it has its own regulation is difficult to overcome the low degree of accuracy and automation, regulatory function and less defects. Modern industrial steam turbine control, speed control is not only required to be strict control on the accuracy. As in the industrial production process or the operation of the change process parameters, request the industrial steam turbine with a very flexible and strong adaptability.Based on the study of knowledge at home and aboard, the article introduces a DSP-based turbine control system development process.This system based on TMS320C6713and AT91RM9200; designs and debugs the hardware circuit and software of the system, contains micro controller part、 electric power part, signal conditioning and conversion part、Keyboard and display part and Ethernet interface part, achieves the multi-channel, whole cycle and real-time synchronous sampling function of the system; studies the universal digital signal processing algorithm realized by TMS320C6713, such as PID and Fuzzy; simulates the system in the CCS and tests its performance in the laboratory environment.Chapter says as below:Chapter1expounds on the significance of research of turbine control system, and analyses the development of turbine control system at home and abroad. Finally the assignment of this thesis is given in the end.Chapter2gives the technical indicators and functions of the system; introduces several common plans of turbine control system; determines the design program.Chapter3introduces the design of this vibration data acquisition system’s hardware in detail.Chapter4studies the design of control algorithm based onTMS320C6713and software of system.Chapter5shows the debugging of vibration data acquisition system’s hardware and software; tests its performance in the laboratory environment.Chapter6summarizes all of the works and prospects the future research.
