Currently, as the enterprises in different areas all promote the informatization vigorously and network environments of information centers are not the same, the existing IT resources monitoring software cannot meet the needs of various users. A SaaS-oriented comprehensive monitoring system for IT resources is proposed in this paper. Compared to the traditional monitoring system for IT resources, our system has improvements in service customization, data storage and monitoring client, which solves the problems of poor scalability and poor commonality of the current monitoring system.This paper presents the architecture of the SaaS-oriented comprehensive monitoring system for IT resources. The relationship and communication between key components are described in detail.Through reconstruction of P-IDP4ICS plug-in platform, the monitoring client is realized.A MKI(Multi-Tenant Key Index) engine based on key slice is proposed in this paper.Business database is covered with MKI engine which stores tenant data in the form of key-value pairs separately through forwarding rules and relizes the isolation of tenant data. When service expands, the expansion of data storage layer is more convenient. Slicing mechanism is introduced to manage partition of key-value pairs which improves the efficiency of data query.This paper constructs a service customization model which is based on TLA.The dependence between internal services and dependence between activites in costomization layer are analyzed.This paper also proposes a service customization legality verification algorithm to ensure customization completeness. A service recommendation scheme base on similarity of evaluation is designed.Finally, this paper analyses the data retrieval efficiency of MKI engine through experiments, verifies the effectiveness of the MKI engine and proves the feasibility of the system in real environment through an instance of comprehensive monitoring prototype for IT resources.
