Enterprise Intranet Internet Behavior Monitoring Software Design

The thesis aims at the present condition of the enterprise’s information safety and the existing network resources of the enterprise, analyzing the current status of online behavior and the existing problems, researching a solution, to design a set of management software about enterprise online behavior.The solution adopts the structure of Client/Server. The Client, which is installed to the host need to be supervised and controlled in the business enterprise net, is responsible for keeping watch on all the behaviors of the host operators. The Server, installed to the host computers of the network administrators, is the server-side of the system software; it is responsible for receiving data information from the Client and sending out the control orders to the Client. The datagram packet format or protocol format used by the Client-side and Server-side’s communicating information data is self-determined. The data contents have been encrypted, thus preventing the communicating information of both sides from being filched or misappropriated during the net transfer process and keeping the Client from forging host information and sending out to cheat the Server. The design and realization of each supervision mold piece’s function is obtained mainly through the host system information (progresses, ports, etc.), confirm the type of the operation that the host is carrying out, catch and analyze the port network data, record the contents of the sending or receiving data packet, and feed back to the Server for the administrator to judge and use. The Server carries the online behavior management database that records the daily information and the document information downloaded of the Client and stores/indexes/etc, the receiving data.With this system, the internal network of business enterprise carried out to supervise and control all the behaviors of the existing hosts, including:automatic notification of the host on-line; the monitoring of the essential instant communication software(QQ, MSN chats etc.), online record of the host, documents’upload/download, mails’receive/dispatch and remote screen; discharge covariance etc.. All the supervising contents are stored in the database in the form of a diary. Man-machine dialogue screen is tried to be simple and convenient, easy for the network administrator to look through the monitoring contents. Thus, the online behavior of enterprise network can be managed effectively and the enterprise network resources can be used efficiently.
