| Nowadays, network can’t be separated from people’s life, learning and working. It’s particularly prominent in colleges and universities. The maturity and usage level of the campus network has become an important symbol to measure the modernization level of education of universities. The campus network which provides an important learning, communication and work platform for campus network users is an integral part of the Internet. Campus network users are mainly students, teachers and staff who are mostly professional and able to have technical abilities, they use the internet with a strong regularity and clarity of purpose compared with the ordinary users. By analyzing and researching of the campus network behavioral characteristics, network resources, especially bandwidth, can be used rational and effective, while providing comprehensive and scientific basis for the construction and planning of the campus network. In addition, what’s very important is that studying of students’online behavior can discover useful information of students’ mind status, learning state. Guiding for the students who are too addicted to the Internet via a variety of ways like education and intervention. To correct their mistakes, make them treasure learn time in school.This article collected the user login logs and the user access logs of the city hot billing system, based on SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio, studying on online time and network traffic which including download and upload of students by Cluster analysis method in data mining. To learn more about different categories of users, this article compared the internet traffic of two different groups which are undergraduates and graduates, students and ex-students. This article analysis the causes of the difference and sum up the regular pattern.Online behavior Analysis can’t only assess the operational status of campus network while providing a scientific basis, but also offer strong help for management of students. |
