The Mechanic School Internship Workshop Management System Design And Implementation

With the development and social progress of Chinese economic, there are growingdemands for highly skilled technical talents, and highly skilled technical personnelalready become scarce resource. Technical schools are shouldering the heavyresponsibility of turning out more highly skilled technical personnel. However, theteachers and technical level in some technical schools are relatively backward, andmany technical colleges applied advanced management systems and software ineducational administration and relatively few specialized systems and software in theprocess of workshop practice and the system functions are still incomplete. Therefore,in this case, it is especially necessary to design a management system for studentspractice in workshop in the technical schools.Through exploration and analysis of the current management model designated fortechnical school students practice in workshop and applying advanced databasetechnology and web platform, builds an ASP.NET-based internship workshopmanagement platform to meet the requirements of information collection, storage,processing, management, demand management of teaching and equipments source inthe process of workshop practice, achieving the internship workshop informationintegration and sharing, providing accurate and timely information support for variousdepartment management, with the aim to perfect workshop internship management,improve teaching quality and students skill levels. This topic, through the study on thestatus quo of technical school students workshop internship, applies three layers ofstructures of B/S as the schema, with softwares environment available for thedevelopment of applications based on ASP.NET implemented in C code, and uses theSQL Server2005in the back-end database, conducts functional analysis and modelingwith aid of the UML modeling approach and eventually builds a practice managementsystem for technical school students workshop internship.It is proved that the system is running well, and the configuration between eachmodule is reasonable and easy to operate, which meet the diverse needs of themanagement system. The application of B/S structure system geared for the intranet/ internet facilitates the exchange of information. It conforms to the trend of thedevelopment of informatization and digitization technical school internship workshopmanagement in a new era, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of theinternship workshop. With the maturing of WWW server software system development,we can continuously improve the performance of this system to enhance the degree ofautomation in workshop practice, and ultimately to achieve a paperless office andremote management.
