Guizhou Zhongyan Erp System Design And Implementation

Through the implementation of ERP system, Guizhou,China Tobacco Co., Ltd could optimize management resource and lay a soundfoundation for the integral level of management.This dissertation, based on the research and literature review, has conducted athorough analysis on the aspects of production, operation and management of Guizhou,China Tobacco company.First and foremost, the status quo of the ERP system has been introduced, and theresearch objective and content of present paper has been put forward based on thesituation of Guizhou, China Tobacco Co., Ltd and internal environment of thedevelopment of the China tobacco industry.Secondly, the present paper has analyzed the problems existing in marketing field,raw material, accessory material and inventory, and found causes for such problems,based on which the solution and objective has been put forward. In addition, overallprinciple and designing objective for ERP system of Guizhou, China Tobacco Co., Ltdhas been raised in the present paper. it is of necessity to establish an unified materialcoding to collect and handle information in order to make it circulate accurately andtimely. According to the demand of Guizhou, China Tobacco, a specific scheme onpurchasing management, inventory management and sales management is put forwardin the course of the construction of the system.Last, the present study has analyzed the preparation work for the implementationof the system, including implementation strategy, the software support required,implementation method and so on so forth. Besides, the effect of the implementationhas been evaluated in the present study. At present, the application of ERP system has achieved great success in Guizhou,China Tobacco company.
