This article from the Suining mobile customer complaints timely rates, complaintsmanagement current situation sets out, discuss how to improve the management abilityof Suining mobile customer complaint response. This paper mainly studies how to usethe ASP.NET MVC framework construction of Suining mobile customer complaintresponse system, to enhance customer complaint response speed and customercomplaint handling satisfaction.In this thesis, the research status at home and abroad on the basis of analysis ismade on the complaint and its response to the significance of the management, andcustomer complaints and treatment situation and relevant theoretical research status athome and abroad are summarized; and then for Suining mobile collaboration acrosssectors dealing with complaints concept of objective, implementation mechanism,integrated information management problems are analyzed; finally developed acustomer complaint of quick response system as cross departments rapid handling ofcustomer complaints of a strong support system, this article highlights a characteristic isdisplayed on the visualization of the operating system interface.Based on the ASP.NET2.0three layer system structure, the design can be dividedinto user login and complaints of the type management, personnel informationmanagement, the new work order management, processing work order management,order management, query statistics management job of several functional modules. Theapplication of UML design methods of system design, selection of object oriented, easyto expand the ASP.NET2Visiual Stdio2008programming language environment andpowerful C#development language to realize above function design. System usingMicrosoft family’s SQLServer2005database as the background of the managementsystem of database.
