High-performance Thick Film The Study Of The Front Medium Frequency Amplifier

In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and the rapiddevelopment of integrated circuit technology, thick film hybrid circuit as an integratedcircuit main branch is also developing fast and used in many important fields such asaerospace electronic equipment, satellite communications equipment, computers,communication systems, automotive industry, audio equipment, microwave equipmentand household appliances, therefore, thick film hybrid integrated circuit has penetratedinto many industries.The current research situation of the thick film hybrid integrated circuit at homeand abroad is introduced in detail firstly. As thick-film hybrid integrated circuit is rarelyused in some high-end fields, such as aviation, spaceflight, NASA: and so on, andthick-film hybrid integrated circuit with high performance and high reliability isreported less, thus research of intermediate frequency preamplifiers with highperformance is of great importantance.The main research contents were as follows：1. the intermediate frequency preamplifier working principles, classification andcharacteristics are introduced in detail。2. On the basis of engineering practice and related thick film hybrid integratedcircuit technology, the design and the manufacturing process of highperformance film intermediate frequency preamplifier were discussed. Firstlythe effects of the selection of the components and the materials on theparameters of intermediate frequency amplifier were discussed, then the keyproduction technology and the performance test of the actual product werecompared and discussed。This paper studies the intermediate frequency amplifier which is based on thickfilm hybrid integrated circuit technology. The test results show that the developed thickfilm intermediate frequency preamplifier fully meets and exceeds the designrequirements, some indexes have reached the domestic advanced level。...
