| Thick-film hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit has the characteristics of small size, light weight and high reliability, and widely used in aviation, aerospace system. Developed the high reliable thick-film hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit needs to solve a series of thick-film hybrid integrated technology problems. The purpose of this topic research is to solve the key technology of thick-film hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit, to draw thick-film hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit technology program.This paper takes a kind of hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit development process as an example, circuit design, structural design, layout design, process design are discussed, and the sifting test are studied.The key technologies are studied, including:welding assembly of the substrate, power chip assembly, transformer assembly, etc., and the internal extra material, internal moisture are discussed, solved the key technology of the thick-film hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit.The paper may serve as a reference to design and manufacture of high reliability hybrid integrated DC/DC power supply circuit. |
