In21st century, website has become one of popular Internet applications, buttraditional methods of Internet exploration are not only taken time, but also difficult tomaintain. So, CMS has emerged. It can effectively arrange and manage an applicationwebsite in order to save huge human resources and materials.But some following problems are existed: either take much attention to the scaleand content of the website; or take attention to the appearance of front pages but notfunction of the website; or ignore the load capacity of the website when functions andfront pages have been finished perfectly.In order to solve all the problems stated above, analyzed the recent researches indomestic and International CMS, explain and illustrate the basic concept of CMS, alsopoint out related knowledge and key techniques which would be in use. Second, someanalysis about function, process, human machine interface and fault-tolerant of CMSneeds to be made. Then, make designs of systematic architecture, functional module,and database according to the analysis, and also do some tests after the application ofthe system through all kinds of examples in use.This system is based on ASP language and Microsoft Access database platform,adopt B/S as structural system to reach final systematic purpose by UI,BLL, DAL, andinvolved in thought of procedure designing which faced target.
