With the rapid development of computer network technology, more and more companies need to improve their information services and management. Content management within an organization refers to a variety of formats and media types of information resources, rational organization, classification and management of a series of processes so that users can easily retrieve, use, analyze and share information resources. This enterprise portal according to the needs of content management systems, content management system analysis, design, implementation and performance tuning to do in-depth research. This paper introduces the concepts of Content Management System and the knowledge involved, followed by the enterprise portal content management system needs a real analysis, based on use cases derived demand function of the system; and on this basis the system overall framework for the design, and finally introduced the various subsystems, including the content distribution subsystem, thematic reviews subsystem, subsystem investigation, and highlights some features of each subsystem module of the design, implementation and the key technologies involved research.Development of this system with B/S architecture model, based on advanced enterprise-class JavaEE technologies, integrated use of object-oriented analysis and design methods, data cache OSCache, connection pool, Struts, Spring, Ibatis, Lucene, Velocicy and other open source frameworks and other knowledge development and design, and JVM's GC to do some performance optimization, with great reliability, scalability and reusability. After post-testing, the system can meet the needs of enterprise portal content management as a management platform, the system can provide efficient, convenient services, greatly reduce the establishment and maintenance of the site of the burden of all types of enterprises, but also has good development prospects.
