The MVC Model Based On Employee Self-service System Design And Implementation

Modern enterprise especially the banking industry develops quickly, dimensions expands ceaselessly, enterprise management information, security information and related industry information in a wide range of mass data, how to management system, synchronous updating shared key information, for the enterprise decision-making provide reliable reference is to be placed in the enterprise managers a challenge. The traditional personnel management to rely on manual sorting information staff, labor management labor contract, update analysis wages statement. Due to staff the energy is limited, the traditional manual management efficiency is low, cannot update and share relevant information, leading to the risk management level is not high, even because of low-level errors led to heavy losses.Based on the above reasons, this paper adopts the MIS management system design concept, relying on modern computer technology, design employee self-service system, to achieve the information staff input, labor contract information synchronization update, important file security management, system data backup regularly. In specific implementations, this reference MVC model, using Eclipseh and Struts2as the developing tool, the use of open source Myeclipse plug-in and ORACLE database, the system architecture consists of a presentation layer, application layer and data layer, thereby improving the code reusability and development efficiency.After the system realization, has changed the traditional way of staff information maintenance, convenient employee information maintenance and management, the full realization of the personal information public, transparent, so that employees can grasp, understand the individual salary data, the human resources department staff from the tedium of work out of them, will devote more energy to the management and decision, raises the office efficiency, to achieve data synchronization update and data security management function.
