Scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform industry is developing rapidly. There arenumerous enterprises at home. Although the scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform isnationalization of independent brand, the method of design is not perfect. In productdevelopment, the practical research of modern design method is far behind manyforeign countries, so that the products are cumbersome and the development cycle isslow. In short, the traditional design and analysis method can not meet the productperformance improvement more and more, and can not meet the effective utilization ofresources.In this thesis, analysis and calculation of scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform hasbeen done which devises the analytic equation of the parameters which decide thefunction of the series of lifting platform. And on the basis, the design idea which isvisual and parameterized of the CAD system is come up. In the development of CADsystem, with the VC++language modules of VS2005, a secondary development of threedimensional design software of Pro/ENGINEER has been done. The design has beendone with the synchronous mode of Pro/TOOLKIT.This procedure can make the datacommunication of Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/TOOLKIT and MFC by compiling theinterface file which be generated by the application of VS2005. In the meantime, theparametric design of components of the scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform isachieved by utilizing the function dialog of UI and the menu function of thePro/TOOLKIT combined with the man-machine interaction interface which be designedby visual interface technology of VS2005and database technology. The main studycontent is listed as follows:1. The mathematical model of scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform, of which onehydraulic cylinder drives three pairs of fork arm has been established by analyzing thestructural features of scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform, providing the foundation ofdeveloping parts library and components parameterization.2. The solid model of components of scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform andassembly model and skeleton pattern of scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform has beenestablished by taking Pro/ENGINEER software as the platform.3. Taking Pro/TOOLKIT, which is the application program of secondarydeveloping of Pro/ENGINEER, as the platform, using the integrated development environment of VS2005to realize menu design, dialogue design and user interfacesdesign of MFC. The man-machine interactive environment is developed, of whichinterface is user-friendly and with complete functions.4. By using the movement analysis function of Pro/MECHANICA moduleļ¼Œ thekinematical simulation of scissor-type hydraulic lifting platform is achieved.Through the study, a set of complete CAD system of powerful of series of liftingplatform with the user-friendly interface is developed, which is easy to operate. Thissystem will shorten the product design cycle significantly, and improve the design level,has strong practical value and broad development prospects.
