Study And Deveopment Of Elevator Brake Performance Testing Machine

With the development of chinese society industrialization and urbanization, the elevator is increasingly becoming an indispensable public transport. Elevator, is bringing convenience to humans, however, more and more elevator accidents that caused by the brake is occuring.At present, there are many elevator brake manufacturers on the market. The testing standards and equipments of elevator brake are lack, which make the quality of elevator brake mixed. Beceuse low performance brake affect safe operation of elevor, it is required to study the testing method and machine of elevator brake. The subject stems from the industrial and technological project of Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (Number:2007QK264).The subject is purpose to develop the testing machine of elevator brake. The research contents are as follows:By study the current testing methods and equipments of the elevator brake, a new method to implement the elevator performance testing is put forward.By studying the elevator industry safety standards and rules for type test of lift, the author acquire elevator brake test conditions and and establish a dynamics model of the brake. Which lay foundation for the development of the testing machine.A new trial solution is put forward based on the new method. The structure of the testing machine is designed, that is based on the new trial solution. Besides, the autor make use of ANSYS software calculate and analyze parts of the testing machine. Which determine the feasibility of the structure.The conrol system of the testing machine load motor is studied. The algorithms and strategies of motor control is studied. The hardware and software of motor are designed.The hardware of test system is designed based on Virtual Instrument Technology. The software of test system is designed based on LabVIEW.At last, the test system is developed and debugged.
