The Design And Implementation Of Network Booking System For Computer Room

The experimental teaching management of computer rooms is indispensable to everyschool. As the expansion of Author’s college(Heyuan Polytechnic), the management has beenone of the prominent problems. We arranged computer room teachings annually, whichfrequently led to many problems. Sometimes many students didn’t come, while sometimes somany students came that computers are not adequate. The teaching is not so satisfactory. Thusit is urgent to resolve the problem.To better manage the task by computer, the author, taking the real situation of the collegeinto consideration, designed a booking system to solve the difficulty in arranging computersfor students. The system adopts B/S framework and JSP technology for Web informationsystem development. It can be easily expanded and maintained. The students may at any timebook seat number online for them, which provides great convenience for students andenhance the management level of computer room teaching as well.At present, the functions of the system mainly include: users log on module, systemmanagement, the basic information management, reserve management, check-outmanagement, computer using management, data analysis and information export modules.The system adopts popular B/S frame technology, making the networked schoolcomputer-using-management intelligent and efficient, and further promotes the whole levelof teaching management.
