The Design And Implementation Of Armortraining Management Information System

The military training of armored corps is the main way to improve the combateffectiveness of armored forces, and it is usually the main task and the work of thecentre.Under the conditions of the current information, the means and levels of militarytraining develop rapidly, and following the importance of the strategic location of armoredforce training in the army building and combat readiness is increasing, its management alsoneeds to have faster and more co-ordination of development. Therefore, we research anddevelop the armored corps training management information system, in order tosystematically manage the training of armored forces, to improve training efficiency and savetraining resources.This article depends on army’s military command special net, on the basis of depth studyof the advantages and disadvantages of the armored corps training, management models,resource utilization, testing methods and teaching methods, closely unifies the armored forcebasic units army’s practical training situation, has carried on system’s elaboration to system’sdemand analysis and the design requirements, and synthesis using many kinds of technologieslike computer network, distributional database and multimedia correspondences and so on,has designed and realized the armored force training management information system whichcollects training organization each service in a body as training, teaching, office work,logistics support and so on based on the B/S pattern. This system has the function of carryingon the training instruction of the higher authority to the subordinate, making thedecision-making and the plan to the next stage’s training, overall mastering each specializedtraining progress and the training situation, carrying on the real-time surveillance to thetraining situation, reporting application of inspection and processing test’s results, overallplanning training resources, monitoring exercises and real armored vehicle test, havinganalysis training tendency and so on．Finally, this article has introduced this system’s design,realized and the application. And, the armored force training management information systemused JSP as development tools, took the backstage database by oracle, realized each kind ofmanagement operation to the database, has been complete function and operate easily, hasprovided the extremely good platform for further development of the armored force trainingto information technology.
