| Recent years, with the popularity of internet technology and sharp increase of numbersof users engaged in mobile services, the traditional service handling mode adopted by thebusiness halls of China Mobile has failed to cope with the varied development tendency ofbusiness and society due to the poor efficiency, high cost, high error rate and limitation ofdesign. Therefore, as an important channel of business development and customer service, thebusiness halls have been confronted with a pressing demand for improvement of informationtechnology.This paper discusses the background in which information technology in enterprisesgrows and current situation of research at home and abroad, expounds and demonstrates theimportant realistic significance of applying information technology in business halls of ChinaMobile in cities to improve the work efficiency. By studying the financial operation demandput forward by China Mobile Jieyang Branch and the major present business in municipalbusiness halls and operation preferences of users on information system as well as deficiencyin efficiency, cost, accuracy and design, this paper has raised a24-hour e-work concept inbusiness halls by adopting system framework with functions of e-documentation andinformatization of workflow approval procedure based on abstract processing of differentbusinesses and demands, and on this foundation, it comes up with a financial operationsystem, which is capable of achieving simultaneous access and shared data base and localnetwork resources sharing by visiting the workspace via web browser.This paper, based on the business information and workflows in all municipal businesshalls and applying the advanced Java language and Struts,Spring,Hibernate (short as SSH),has achieved a financial operation system of which validity of the system has been provedthrough testing of the main workflow and functions involved. The paper ends with summaryof the research and orientation of the coming research in the next stage. |
