With the rapid development of economy, the flow of talent is becoming more and more frequent. The popularity of the Internet has opened up a new milestone in the development of the recruitment field. With the popularization of WEB information system and the development of Internet Information Technology, Internet system has become an indispensable part of human resource management in the enterprise.Online recruitment system is actually the human resource supply and demand on the Internet, and it is a human resource information system with the function of human interaction. Talent resource is the fundamental guarantee for the modern enterprise to be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce business competition. Getting the job information from the Internet is just the first step in the recruitment, and the most important is how to use the least time and effort to find the most needed talent from the vast resume. When the enterprise receives the resume, how to distinguish the talented person and how to judge the resume of the applicant are the most difficult problem in the current recruitment. So we use the increasingly sophisticated Internet technology to design a platform which could allow enterprises to select candidates from who has delivered a resume. This system is designed to reduce the human cost of the enterprise and to improve the recruitment efficiency of the enterprise. And the key that this system is different from other recruitment system is the score project, which could carry out an effective score for candidates resume content and achieve the purpose of reducing the turnover rate of employees.With fully understanding the business needs of candidates, the structure of the system is based on the J2 EE structure and uses Eclipse as a development tool. It use the spring and Hibernate two mainstream framework to make up the deficiency of a single frame by integration their advantages. System database uses My SQL, and front desk uses html+js mode and joins the third party j Query easy UI for development.According to the actual needs of the enterprise, this recruitment system achieve different functions by different function modules, such as online filling in the resume,online uploading resume, old employee information management, resume score, etc.
