With the continuous development of the high-power LED (Light-Emitting Diode)technical level and the advantages of high-brightness, colorful, green energy-saving,high-power LED will replace the traditional lighting solutions in the futrue.With the huge market, LED will be developed into a huge industry. However, indomestic the level of LED manufacture process is falling far behind foreign countries. Asone of the important packaging equipment, the LED phosphor coating machine plays a keyrole in LED manufacture process. And the phosphor coating process is controlled by thecontrol system. Conventional machines generally use a PC and motion control card or PLCfor industrial control. This control mode is high cost, low scalability, low system integration,and the real-time is difficult to guarantee. LED phosphor coating process is extremelycomplex, and the control mode is changeable. At present, companies and researchinstitutions around the world are competing to carry out the phosphor coating processresearch and have achieved certain results.This paper designs an embedded control software system based on user re-programmingfor LED phosphor coating process. This system is based on ARM9S3C2440A corehardware architectrue and embedded Linux environment. This application includes adiversified and friendly man-machine interfaction module, the user re-programming functionmodule, software PLC module. Set user to teach, automatic, manual control mode of thetrinity. In this paper, this design of the system together with the high-speed high-precisionmotion control system is to achieve the high speed and precision of the phosphor coating.Compared with the traditional PC-Based systems, this system has advantage of simplestructure, low-cost, scalable in hardware, higher liability, powerful, flexible system, with acertain degree of versatility and strong portability.
