The LED industry at home and abroad is in a stage of rapid development,and the LED packaging field is also developing at a high speed.Due to the obvious differences in development at home and abroad,the domestic LED packaging process is still relatively backward,and the degree of automation is low.Therefore,more automated and more intelligent coating system is needed to promote industrial upgrading and break the foreign technical blockade.At present,the domestic LED packaging is still dominated by the dispensing process,and the problems of poor consistency and low light efficiency of the process limit the progress of the LED packaging field.Therefore,it is necessary to study a coating system for atomizing phosphor glue to solve the shortcomings of the dispensing process.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Analyze project requirements,determine the overall function and framework of the system,select and debug the hardware,and determine the framework of the software system.(2)Design a new hardware structure to improve the problems of the previous generation of coating equipment,such as the use of peristaltic pump stirring structure to improve the problem of nozzle clogging caused by convection circulation stirring and improve the control of the equipment through serial communication,etc.(3)Based on the software design framework of C ++ and Qt,the control software corresponding to the equipment is developed.The three-level software framework of the bottom layer,function layer and interface layer is used as the software structure to maintain functions such as user management,coating control and motion debugging.Module.Ensure that the system software is safe,reliable,stable,and efficient.(4)The HOG + SVM's traditional image target detection scheme and new positioning process are used to improve the speed and accuracy of LED chip module positioning,and the performance is compared with the template matching scheme adopted by the previous generation to obtain a better positioning effect.(5)Through the single-line spraying experiment of the phosphor powder mixture,the rule of single-line width variation is explored,and then the appropriate path planning is designed according to the experimental conclusion of determining the thickness corresponding to the distance between the two lines and different speeds to ensure the uniformity and thickness of the LED chip module Precision coating.(6)Reliability experiment of the equipment for continuous and long-term operation,to check the repeatability accuracy of the moving axis of the equipment.Experiment with the influencing factors of single line width,such as nozzle height and atomizing air pressure,to find out its changing law.Finally,experiments were conducted on LED chip modules with different thickness requirements to achieve good results.
