With the private car has greatly raised, the resulting traffic problems are also increasingly plagued urban road management, public transportation as the main way to travel which the urban trips cannot be replaced, can effectively alleviate the traffic congestion pressure, this article based on analyzing the status quo of domestic and foreign public transport, study on the application of intelligent bus which combined with RFID technology, the purpose is to solve the traffic problem for new ways which used in advanced information and communication technology.RFID technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which has been successfully applied to many fields now, it has short recognition time, long recognition distance and which can carry large amount of information, etc. when multiple RFID tags appear at the same time in the work area of the reader, that can produce data collisions, the reader will not read label information correctly, therefore, the electronic tag data anti-collision problem is the key to solve the RFID system data transmission.Firstly, This article briefly introduce the course of development of RFID technology, the research status at home and abroad, and then around the anti-collision algorithm to study, based on research the binary anti-collision algorithm, proposed a new improved algorithm, and give the principle of the improved algorithm, coding theory and implementation process, this algorithm divide the collision occurs bits into two parts "1" or "0", then locking the collision occurs bits, and using the back query strategy, which simplifies the transmission of data and shorten the query, and then use the Matlab software to simulate, explain that the improved algorithm is superior than the binary search algorithm, which can bring a new idea to solve the anti-collision problem. Secondly, this thesis based on analysis the theory of RFID systems, with the city bus for research object, using the UHF long-distance integration reader equipment to developed a set of simulation system which is for the intelligent bus information collection, intended to provide a new feasibility research for intelligent traffic management. Through the electronic tag which install on the bus, this system can automatically capture the bus information, including the license and line of bus, the collection location and time, and proved bus information register, query and modify functions, give the preliminary rules for the equipment installation of RFID system. Finally, the paper focuses on system design and development situation, which contains MySQL back-end database structure and functions of the simulation system, and test electronic tag read distance, give the operation of system and experimental results.
