At present, the application of industrial automation systems popular, the vast majority of industrial control, such as process control, motion control, the speed servo control and position servo control, generally the most used control method is PID control. Although the current control theory and control technology in the information technology, high-speed integrated circuit manufacturing technology development, driven by a great development, such as adaptive control, neural networks and fuzzy control and optimal control, modern control methods are widely applications, but the digital PID control is still a stable, reliable, simple, use a wide range of control methods.Power operations, power adjustment in the industrial process control can not effectively accurate load stable voltage, current and power. Based on the above problems, the proposed intelligent control scheme based on the power regulator.Designed an intelligent PID controller based on the Cortex-M3and μC/OS-Ⅱ detailed description of the system design and implementation,and its main function is detailed description of the system design and implementation,and its main function is to lower local feedback signal for PID regulator, the power adjusted to achieve constant power at constant voltage, constant current output.
