The paper studies the developing history of Sing’an Daily, which covers30years from October1,1981to October1,2011.The paper is made up of introduction, body part, conclusion and bibliography. The introduction mentions about the topic selections and its significances, the object of the research, the processes of the research and also its research methods. The body part consists of the first three chapters. The first chapter tells how the social and historical developments influence the starting of Sing’an Daily. In this part, the writer, according to the newspapers’expansion of the layout and the increase of the information, divide the whole developing history into four stages. Those are exploring stage, steady development, the stage of reform and the stage of advancing with the times. Then, the next chapter studies the contents and layout of Sing’an Daily. The third chapter shows Sing’an Daily’s unique characteristics known from other union cities’Party newspaper. Meanwhile puts forward some measures to solve the existing problems.In conclusion, the writer summarizes the whole text and also presents his own views on Sing’an Daily’s further development.
