Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Monitoring System Based On Android Mobile Terminals

Video surveillance technology is playing an important role which is widely used inurban transportation, civil security and other fields with its intuitive convenient andabundant information particularly in the security important sector and in the significantevent field. With the rapid development of network, image processing, and transmissiontechnology especially with the rapid development of mobile communications, videosurveillance monitoring developed from the wired network to mobile video surveillance.Smart phone is the best choice for mobile video surveillance terminal equipment.In this paper, it describes the significant of the research and implementation ofmobile terminal intelligent monitoring system. Based on the analysis of hardware andsoftware development platform, Android terminal and the PTS Series PTZ have chosenas the target platform because of openness, ease of use, low-cost and other characteristicsto implement the intelligent monitoring system. According to the system needs, selectingthe frame difference algorithm to achieve this thesis as the core target detection andtracking algorithm, and propose a method to make frame difference algorithm quicklyand effectively apply the moving targets detection and tracking in dynamic environment.Also, in this paper, through serial communication protocol and PTZ protocol control PTZfull-rotation, and make PTZ tracking target automatically by intelligent tracking module.The mobile terminal intelligent monitoring system based on the Android platform,using Java design and implements the server and client software. Server modules includeQR code login, image acquisition, processing, transmission, PTZ control and intelligenttracking. Client modules include QQ login, scanners, image display, PTZ and alarm.Meanwhile, the target tracking method in this paper used in intelligent tracking module,and it can provide timely and effective alarm service. Experimental results show that thesystem can meet the needs of mobile security and other fields.
