With the arrival of human intelligence,the traditional monitoring system has been unable to meet the needs of people for monitoring system,all kinds of intelligent monitoring system came into being,based on the target detection and tracking intelligent monitoring system is one of the important branch,play a huge role in public safety,home security,and so on.The intelligent monitoring system based on target detection and tracking can realize the self-monitoring all time,and make intelligent identification and behavior analysis of the behavior of people or objects in the monitoring field of vision.When the target behavior is abnormal,it can automatically alarm and make emergency measures,and automatically recognize the target,and record the target trajectory,in order to facilitate follow-up investigation into the cause of the accident and the police catch criminals.In this paper,intelligent monitoring as the main line,to start the research work around the moving target detection and tracking algorithm.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The paper describes the development of intelligent monitoring at home and abroad and the future development trend,introduces the commonly used algorithm of target detection,analyzes the theoretical basis and working process of algorithm,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm,And made a simulation experiment;Depth study of Mean Shift tracking algorithm,TLD(Tracking-Learning-Detection)tracking algorithm and Kalman filter tracking algorithm,explain its working principle and process in detail.(2)By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each algor ithm and the applicable scene,it is difficult for a tracking algorithm to achieve the best effect of tracking results in different environment.Therefore,according to the needs of the monitoring system and the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm,a Kalman filter-based TLD tracking algorithm combining Kalman filter and TLD tracking algorithm is proposed.The experimental results show that the algorithm has better accuracy and robustness.(3)Designed the hardware and software of the intelligent monitoring system,completed the construction of the system window,and successfully transplanted the target detection and tracking algorithm to the development board with Cortex-A9 as the core processor,proposed an algorithm improvement scheme for the real-time problem of transplanting to the system platform,realized the expected function of the system.Through the overall test of the system in the actual scene,the results show that the system has a high intelligence and stability,meet the development needs of intelligent monitoring system in the new period,with high social value and application prospects.
