Node location technology is one of the concentration and the key technology ofWireless Sensor Networks(WSN) research. Location algorithm with high-accuracy,high energy consumption and low complexity, is significant to the application andresearch of WSN.Traditional algorithm is in allusion to static network. But mobile nodeincrease the difficulty and complexity of locating as it’s uncertainty move andvariational topology structure of network. With the energy limitation of WSN, therequirement of WSN locating and tracking technology for mobile node is becomingmore urgently. Particle filter technology can solve many complexity of the parameterestimation problem very well, because of it’s high adaptability of non-linearnon-gaussian environment. Therefore, it’s necessary to research and discuss locationalgorithm based on Particle filter technology of WSN.After a lot of research and discussion, studying and analyzing the methods ofmobile node localization in WSN based on Particle Filter is focused in this dissertation.We combined the characteristics of mobile sensor networks and the advantage ofparticle filter, improve the basic particle filter location algorithm, proposed a newlocation algorithm, which is considered both the location and residual energyinformation of mobile nodes and the distributed clustering structure of network. In theimproved algorithm, we adjust the network nodes’ planning and working mechanism ofinitialization stage, and improved the prediction、filtering、resampling method ofsampling stage, used a new filtering method. Finally, we combined with the clusteringstructure, use a new data transmission method of the output stage to save the energyconsumption and data processing. Simulation results show that, the algorithm hasadvantages in estimation accuracy, location time and energy consumption, and has better performance than the basic particle filtering algorithm, it has a certain referencevalue in the mobile nodes location of Wireless Sensor Networks.
