With the development of computer and database technology, information management in the small and medium-sized enterprise is becoming more and more important。Information system construction also becomes the most important strategic goal of the enterprise. In our country, compared with that in Europe and the United States, there is still a great gap in informatization level. Accordingly, accelerating informatization construction becomes more and more urgent and necessary.Retail is a complex industry, if only relying on manual management, it consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, in combination with the Zhe Ke Long supermarket business characteristics and needs, the paper design a consistent with the needs of the supermarket management system management system, improve management efficiency and benefit, the main work is as follows:1. the feasibility, system functional requirements and non-functional requirements of a system, three aspects of the system needs analysis;2. From the functional design, process design, UML modeling design, database design in four aspects of system design;3.Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of C/S and B/S architecture, select the C/S as system development framework combined with the supermarket of grand of guest of specific business division;4.Design test case, of the various modules of the system for the black box and white box testing.The system moves steadily after it was carried out. It works well in fluency and it satisfies the need in the daily operation and management of supermarket in the items of merchandise procurement, warehousing, sales, warehousing etc. Meanwhile, a lot of ground work on the further development of human resources management has been laid by registering the information of customers, suppliers. and employees.
