This topic is composed of smart phone client and server two parts, interacting information and data through the2G/3G mobile communication means between the client and server.In this paper, first, analyzed the method,demand,and realization significance of earthquake disaster collection system, introduced the whole design architecture and business processes of the system. Then, elaborated in detail the design and implementation of smart phone client about GPS acquisition module, SMS sending module, camera module, photo browsing and selecting module, photo upload module, server receiving module. Finally, demonstrated the feasibility and advancement for the system. By system test and actual application.
