In recent years, wireless local area network (WLAN) technology has developed rapidly, and this technology is widely used in homes, businesses and public places. With the expanding of wireless local network scale, the traditional autonomous WLAN network architecture has been unable to cope with the problems from the management, detection and control of a great number of wireless access point AP in large-scale network, therefore, this situation becomes a challenge to the WLAN management and application. To solve the above WLAN problems, an architecture called centralized WLAN network architecture begins to appear and is gradually used widely. The wireless access controller is introduced in this network and management, control and other functions of AP in centralized traditional WLAN are used in AC (Access Controller), meanwhile, AC and simplified AP work together to complete all the WLAN wireless function. In this thesis, according to the analysis of AP access plan in original system, a program which is AP accessing AC dynamically under the conditions of AC-side without pre-configuration is designed and realized based on the compatible with the original AP accessing process. The whole process is based on the CAP WAP protocol. It is able to achieve the functions of all the AP control management according to AC in the wireless network by accepting the AP requested accessing packet information in AC side, parsing out the specific content of AP information through the information carried by the request message and automatically creating the AP information on the basis of the AP common template. This approach reduces a great variety of manual configuration in the network dispatch and provides a convenience to the large-scale wireless network distribution. In the mean time local authentication is designed and realized in the thesis to prevent illegal AP access network and ensure network security. This theme specifically describes the principle and mechanism of access control list software first, then the local certification approach is given based on MAC address and serial number by analysis of the data structure and processing flow. According to repeated tests, this system program realized the expected purpose, and achieved the AP dynamically access and local certification function.
