With the development of electronic technology, many advanced detection and regulation technology are widely used in greenhouse control system. Greenhouse crop production is an important part of national facility agriculture which can increase crops yield per unit area. Comprehensive and accurate detection and control of the environmental factors have important research significance, and it also has an important practical significance to solve the present situation of agricultural production. However, how to comprehensively and accurately detect and control the greenhouse environmental factors is still the key problem what modern greenhouse control system faced. Distributed detection and control theory has been widely applied in greenhouse control system; it is a processing method of dectecting and controlling the whole system which is divided into several areas. In this dissertation, a distributed system of detecting and controlling the greenhouse environmental factors is designed to improvement crops growth environment.First of all, a multifunctional mobile trolley based on distributed control principle of the greenhouse was designed. Detection sensors of environmental factors and regulating device were designed in the multifunctional mobile trolley, and the trolley was controlled by master signal chip to distributed inspection and control environment temperature and humidity, light intensity, carbon dioxide concentration and ozone concentration factors on internal greenhouse.Secondly, hybrid power supply system that combined commercial power grid and solar energy was proposed to slove the problem of high operating cost caused by energy consumption of light-compensated for greenhouse control system. This paper designed an AC-DC transform and hybrid energy adaptation circuit. Morover, solar panels MPPT circuit was controlled by the master signal chip, and the DC bus mode was used to transfer electric energy and communication signals, while the blocks mode can conveniently set up and expansion the system.Finally, in this dissertation, an agricultural crops growth-boost system was designed, which including the adjustable red and blue LED light-compensated unit and the power amplifier unit based on balanced transformer less mode. Electrical power supply was based on DC bus mode which is easy to increase or decrease the number of LED light supplement and active sound box.In this dissertation, the designed multifunctional mobile trolley can provide distributed detection for the greenhouse environmental factors. A master signal chip controls the regulating device and agricultural crops growth-boost system to improve the crop growing environment. The design of the hybrid energy power supply system reduced commercial power dependence of the system, and power line carrier conductor rail improved the line utilization. The whole system has a low operation cost and high performance price ratio, and it can be used in plant laboratory or plastic greenhouse which plating economic agricultural crops. The design process of this dissertation has a certain reference value for development of automatic greenhouse control system.
