The uncertainty of customer orders increases the demand for response speed of modern warehousing systems,and challenges the order picking method of warehousing systems.Based on the Fishbone warehousing layout,the paper studies the dynamic picking method for processing dynamic orders,aiming to improve the response speed of the warehouse by minimizing the order completion time.First,according to the Fisbbone layout characteristics,clarify the layout model of the Fishbone warehouse,including the layout partition,the representation of the cargo location,and the correspondence between the picking path and the cargo location,and design the dynamic order generation method according to the order arrival rate and the characteristics of the Fishbone layout.Secondly,in the single picker environment,an interventional dynamic picking method based on the Fishbone warehouse is proposed for three different situations:considering only the impact on new orders,considering the impact on the current picking cycle,and considering the impact on the future picking cycle.Impact,three different interventional dynamic picking methods are used.In order to apply the dynamic path planning algorithm,the Fishbone layout is graphically represented and a method for converting the Fishbone layout representation into a rectangular representation is given.Finally,the interventional dynamic picking method is designed Optimize the algorithm and implement it by programming.In the environment of multiple pickers,a heuristic dynamic picking method based on Fishbone warehouse is proposed,and S-shape and Return path planning strategies based on the layout characteristics of Fishbone are proposed.According to these two strategies,the storage space to be visited is assigned to picking.According to the rules of personnel,the optimization algorithm of heuristic dynamic selection is designed and implemented by programming.Finally,a simulation experiment is designed to verify the three intervention dynamic picking methods proposed in the single picker picking system.The average order completion time,the average picking distance of the order,and the total number of units picked per day are compared with traditional dynamic batch processing.Compare strategies;compare the performance of heuristic dynamic picking method and traditional time window batching in single order service time and total service time in the multi-picker picking system.
