Because the rapid development of the computer’s hardware and software, theManagement Information System(MIS)has corned into being and rapidly developedNow, the doctors in hospital have already used the MIS to manage their works in order to develop the doctor’s efficiency of works, using the MIS to manage the hospital’s works is a trend nowAt the same time, with the rapid development of science, the people’s request of life—quality had been dramatically elevated.Many people realized that the healthexamination was very important to protect them from sickness and precaution of marriage health examination due to the physical checkup was a huge project.There are many works should to be done in the preparation of checkup, the checkup and the services of been checked the Hospital Information System(HIS), Picture Archiving and communicating system(PACS), Lab Information System(LIS), Clinic Information System(CIS)both required the physical examination can quickly and conveniently to share the information of checkup to improve the services of hospital so it is extraordinary needed to information the physical examination.This paper has analyzed the characteristic and the requirement of physicalcheckup, bring forward the methodology how to design and realize the system based on the hospital checkup’s characteristic.The system has been analyzed by UML anddesigned in the Builder2005IDE, SQL SERVER2000and JDBC databasedriver-program.In this paper, the development of digital health examination system function module mainly includes registration module, medical appointments medical statistics module, database management module, physical examination physical examination results management module. In the system each function module realization process, each function module operation process are described, and gives the concrete realization technology as well as needed by the system running environment.
