| Nowadays, the third generation of display technology OLED(Organic LightEmitting Diode), which is known as the “Dream Display”, is in the important periodfrom initial stage to the middle of large-scale industrialization. As a new displayindustry, OLED is growing at an amazing speed, and this provides great opportunitiesfor China. To carry out the prominent development of OLED technology and industry isthe only way for China to become the large country of display industry.In China there are mainly6enterprises engaging in the development andindustrialization of OLED devices&lighting, CCO, BOE, Visionox, Tianma, Rainbowand Nanjing FOL. Among them, CCO is the first to complete the development of2.6~7.6inches AMOLED screens, and is about to build a4.5AMOLED production line.Firstly, the paper reviews the development course of OLED display technology andintroduces how OLED works and the industry dynamics. Secondly, it describes thedesign and development of0.7inches OLED Keyboard in detail and also makes thesummary to problems analysis and corresponding solutions in trail production. Next, itdoes market analysis to the0.7inches OLED Keyboard, followed by the prospect offuture development of small size OLED products.The main contents of this research is:0.7inches OLED Keyboard’s circuit design,software design, structural design，and so on. Specific design works:1) circuit design: including circuit system design, schematic circuit design,printedcircuit board design, decoding/latch circuit module design;2) software design: including software system design, based on8080timingsoftware driver, keyboard scanning module design,random numbei generation andapplication,source code programming work;3) structure: including key products present situation analysis, overall design,,Process design, Industrial design, key design work.This topic through one and a half years of design and research, and achieved a0.7inches OLED random password keyboard products prototype design. |
