Design And Implementation Of Turning Touch Button

Touch sensing technology is a kind of the new electronic control technology, and which is based on signal recognition technology. As a traditional input method of updating and upgrading of technology, which is applied to various kinds of information input and control of the electronic equipment, and it will bring some revolutionary change in the human-computer interaction interface.The basic principle of touch sensing technology is based on of capturing human fingers touch action information as the basic starting point, the finger touch action information is converted into electrical signals and to identify them. Mainstream touch sensing technology is mainly based on resistance or capacitance sensor principle, combined with modern microelectronic technology integrated circuit which can be reliably to capture finger touch the information.The main research purpose of this article is to put forward a kind of suitable for small space and the structure of the turning touch button design method.In electrical design, this paper for the structure to touch the key signal interference brought by the recognition, by reasonable hardware and software debugging, solve mistake operation problem which often troubled design person; For small space design, because which limited the PCB size, we changed the traditional LED back light at the bottom to the side of the button, use innovation of light structure design to ensure the glowing effect.In structure design, for a very small space, through the use of high strength aluminum as a decoration panel and frame at the same time, to realize the touch key signal acquisition to the requirement of stability, and have successfully implemented turning structure in a small space inside, which satisfy the requirement of strength design.Finally, we gave a product testing and evaluation method based on the characteristics of product. And for hardware and software aspects of the key topics also gave the corresponding solution.
