With the popularization of notebook computers,the demand for built-in keyboards in notebooks,as one of the accessories,has gradually increased,which requires that the corresponding keyboards also have the characteristics of fast design,rapid production response,stable and reliable quality and low cost.Through conduction,heavy pressure,impedance and sensitivity t est of notebook keyboard,we can judge whether the keyboard is OK or not,reduce the bad products entering the market,and improve the qualified rate.This paper expounds the basic principle of built-in notebook keyboard,and expounds the functions of four parts: management end,test machine,electric measurement acquisition card and data acquisition module,and summarizes the technical innovation points.This paper introduces the hardware design of the general notebook keyboard test system and the design of the acquisition card.The design of matrix scanning in the circuit design is the key and core.It breaks the traditional idea,unifies the design and is compatible with all types.It also explains in detail how to control the interface of the built-in notebook keyboard,and introduces the encryption module and the communication circuit module.This paper also introduces the software design part of the general notebook keyboard testing system.It begins with the design idea and framework of the general notebook keyboard testing system,and focuses on the embedded software design.It mainly explains the equivalent circuit diagram when the keys are turned on,and finally calculates the turn-on resistance in order to judge whether it is qualified or not.Then it is the client software design,which mainly includes four blocks.Network data communication module,user login validation module,real-time data monitoring module,data transmission module of electric measurement acquisition card.The system has been tested and run well.After a long period of testing and operation,the system achieves the desired goal,and achieves the goal of universal testing equipment,low cost,rapid change,stability and reliability.
