With the progress of China’s telecommunications industry, the mobile operator’snetworking scale and the number of base stations is increasing. There are two problems,first, many base station controller manufactures involves, they do not have a commonstandard among them, it is difficult to form a perfect base platform; second, in theprocess of designing and building base station, the installation of dynamic environmentmonitoring system are also different. This has caused large area of electricity supplyinterruption, and the administrator can not receive alarm information, also can’tguarantee reliable communication. Hence, different data bases and a comprehensiveanalysis are necessary, to help the scheduling of resources.In this paper, a base station power system outage data analysis and processingarchitecture is proposed for the problems of poor correlation between multiple sets ofdata after the summary and analysis of the data acquisitions system and related databasefeatures with its working mechanism, which enables multi-type data connection,allowing administrators to analyze data all-round and mobilize resources for thedamaged base station in time.In order to prove the feasibility of this framework, a base station power systemoutage data analysis and processing system is designed, with three layers of B/Sarchitecture as the basis, the J2EE platform for development platform, and relationaldatabase as the main data processing method, make a combination between dataacquisition and data analysis organically. In the process of development, the real-timealarm data acquisition, accurate comprehensive analysis of alarm and synchronizescheduling is realized. Finally, multiple data processing system is simulated and tested,the result shows that this system implement automatic dynamic management of peopleand supplies with data association, to reduce resource consumption and to save laborcosts.In this paper, the whole system is analyzed, and the theoretical foundation for thefuture research is given too; put forward base station power system outage data analysisand processing architecture, which can collect, handle and analyze data among different systems effectively, and improve power protection capability to provide the users betterservice.In addition, this study can be extended to other security contingencies, such astemperature, humidity, heat, smoke, flooding, etc., so as to more accurately access thereason of base station breakdown.
