The Analysis Of The Management Of Fixed Assets In Institutions Of Higher Education Data System And The Implementation

The traditional college fixed assets exists problems, such as, low efficiency, poorsecurity, discrepancies between assets management and accounting, equipment be notclear, idle and waste, assets inflated, etc. With the development of information systemand the unceasing increase of assets in quantity, we should ensure the integrity andsecurity of assets and realize resources sharing, to achieve the appreciation of assetsvalue. According to this requirement, this thesis design and implement the fixed assetsmanagement system in universities.Firstly, this thesis focus on useful data collecting and sorting of fixed assets presentsituation in some universities and find out most of fixed assets management inuniversities is passive and in the situation of lag. And here comes the selected topicbasis and research significance. This thesis also bring up the countermeasures ofstrengthen fixed assets management in universities. Finally, this thesis analyzes thelogic relationship among the main roles of fixed assets, researches into the Delphi’sdevelopment and application. And this thesis also analyzes in details of the developmentof database management system, object-oriented technology, and the concepts andmethods of software design and development, and establishes that developing Web B/Smodel of fixed assets management system in universities with the base of using Delphidevelopment platform.This thesis fulfill the actual demand analysis through functional requirementsanalysis, completes overall function design of fixed assets management system inuniversities by modular way, pays attention on demand analysis of equipmentmanagement, state owned assets management and public houses and furnituremanagement, and analysis on various types of user different demand in system. And thisthesis accomplishes the design of conceptual data model for database and data table ofphysical model. At the same time, this thesis ensures the security and reliability,scalability, maintainability, practical and easy operation of system by using goodprogramming style and strategy. During implementation process, the fixed assets management system combineswith the actual university characteristics, and considers the demand of universities anduser from different aspects. And the fixed assets management system resolves theproblems of low efficiency, heavy workload, high error rate in manual operation, andsaves a lot of manpower and resources. The fixed assets management system hasfunctions of check, browse, edit, delete, count and analyze the fixed assets inuniversities, which improve the fixed management efficiency and have good applicationvalue.
