NET environment, it studies the web development route and method, and the performance optimization of database, as well as the open access interface.According to the research of technologies above, this paper forms a management system running in the IIS environment finally, the system can be connected with existing taxi management sites seamless, and it can also offer the third party a consistent data access interface.
