Traffic management industry of our country has entered a booming period,the public security traffic management system of Lvliang as a complicated system,included many independent subsystems: traffic law system,registration system,management system,traffic accident treatment system and so on.But at present there are a lot of problems in the traffic management system: Different technologies used between subsystems make the connection mechanism ununified,can't realize the data sharing between different platforms,system data security is not high,and it lacked standardized management system.We made a research about the above problem basing on the existing traffic management application system.We integrated department,provincial,city level 3 public security traffic management system,designed and developed a information sharing,data security comprehensive application system platform.Based on this requirement analysis,the public security traffic management integrated application system is designed and developed to implement the traffic police information management system.According to the analysis of the user's needs,first of all,in the early stage,the system will proceed from the display,business,management,component,and integration levels,and the detailed design process of each subsystem will use the sequence diagram for the function of each module from the browser.The front-end to back-end database access was developed and designed,and the system design provided a clear idea for the later implementation.The system's features analyze and compare the current technology and use the MVC architecture.Finally,the function modules of the system's core loan issuance from white box testing to black box testing and bottom-up design of the most comprehensive test cases.After system testing and debugging,the system has reached the requirements analysis protocol.This article analyzes and discusses the system according to software engineering theory.First of all,according to the Lvliang security traffic management system background and the research status,We analyzed the implementation principle of the public security traffic management system.Basing on the requirement analysis,We designed and developed the public security traffic management comprehensive application system,traffic police information management subsystem is realized.Firstly,the overall system requirements are comprehensively introduced,then the requirements design of the subsystem is analyzed,and the relationship between the systems is analyzed to make the system requirements designed.This paper design public security traffic management system to ensure efficient and stable operation of the system.And we use the SQLServer2010 database management system,adopted the PKI security platform to ensure the security and stability of the system.Proved by experiment the public security traffic management system in this paper can realize the function of each sub-module.It provided efficient and stable solution for the Public security traffic management of more and more complex,The law enforcement case is more standardized,the information application is safer,the service masses are more convenient,and the development and progress of the transportation industry are promoted.
