Science Communication have a decisive role in the process of human conquest and transform of nature. Whether it is the role of country construction or personal lives are irreplaceable. We all live in a scientific era. Science brings a great deal of human development and change, including the tremendous changes to bring the media development. Science to bring a positive change in the human, but also brought many negative effects to society. Such as nuclear pollution, nuclear leak, environmental pollution, the hazards of food additives, chemical pollution, public attitudes toward science has also undergone tremendous change. Therefore, the public’s right and thorough scientific understanding help to the public in the face of science, to establish the correct scientific attitude, in order to better resolve the scientific dispute, and promote social harmony and stability. In addition, human have a natural curiosity to nature and science. So, when face to Scientific issues, establish the right attitude will contribute to the improving the nation’s scientific quality and bring the prosperity and development of the scientific enterprise.Firstly, starting from the related concepts of science communication, to clarify the definition of science, technology, science communication and technology dissemination, to summarize and instruct to the absence model, democratic model and introspection model of science communication. And science communication theory are analyzed and compared. And science communications in China history of the development are reviewed. Thus be seen that social background is an important external factors for Science Communication.Then, this paper focuses on identifying the external and internal factors of the Science Communication. Respectively, from the social, economic, cultural, political and other external reasons for the impact of science communication, and from the spread of elements to look for internal factors affect its spread effect. And focuses on the emergence of new media, the enormous positive changes to the science communication, as well as new media bring new problems. A comprehensive and clear understanding of the overall state of science communication in the context of new media. Countermeasures of science communication in the context of new media to provide a clear and solid theoretical basis.In this paper, by analysis of some cases and the reality of science communication environment to construct a mode of science communication in the context of new media, an "umbrella model" chart for the main relations of China’s science and public events in the context of China’s mass Media, as well as triangular equilibrium model structure of the scientific public events in new media context. In order to solve the problem of scientific, public provides a theoretical basis. Due to the low overall level of our national scientific literacy, science in the current social environment did not receive due attention, therefore, through the study of science communication, the writer deeply realized that the development of science, not only for the nation but also for individuals, it play a most important role. So, the new media should play its unique advantages to give China’s science communication more rapid development and more understanding of science to public.Finally, theory and practical application of organically linked, starting from a realistic environment, proposed the practical countermeasures to address the plight of science communication by use of new media. Explain that science communication should take full advantage of the interactivity of new media, to understand and meet the public needs to play the enthusiasm of the public, in order to enable the public to like about science, passion for science, a better understanding of science, and put science to practical application being through new media.
