RF RFID technology is a wireless automatic identification technology based on electromagnetic scattering theory. The technology is consistent with the concept of the wisdom of the Earth in modern the message can be automatically collected by sensors attached to the object in long-distance.So it owns the automatic identification and real-time remote monitoring capabilities.The technology is adaptable independent of weather and environmental factors can work all day.RFID technology has been around the world large-scale application.This Paper introduces a design of UHF RFID reader with integrated chip based on the large application of RFID and completed the material object.The main works are:l:Analysis the characteristics of the ISO1800-6C protocol and the details about the RFID reader system.2:Researched the RF transceiver module of the UHF RFID reader,and selected AS3992RF chip as the RF transceiver part of the reader a detailed analysis of the functions and features of AS3992.3:Researched and designed a microstrip antenna in the UHF RFID band the antenna has a small size light weight high gain directional.it suites for use as a long-range RFID reader antenna.4:On the basis of the previous works,we completed the reader hardware selection,and schematic diagram of the production.And designed and producted the PCB of the reader,and finally completed the welding and commissioning works of the PCB board.5:On the basis of the AS3992chip reader completed the MCU’s firmware design and designed our own command frames and designed a new anti-collision algorithm based on the actual application environment.And then designed the user-friendly human-computer interaction software.6:Upon completion of the hardware and software we debuged and tested the entire system.
