Due to the particularity of the coal mining,safety facilities and Management not meet the requirements and other reasons, the coal mine disaster has become the first of China’s top ten disaster.In the event of a Coal mine disaster,if Miners can play to subjective initiative to find a suitable escape routes, in the shortest possible time, then the chances of survival will be greatly enhanced. At the same time,the escape routes can also be based on by the rescue personnel to carry out the rescue rapidly which cangain time for trapped Mineers.It has a great practical significance for Mine disaster relief.Firs of all,this paper study the algorithm of the mine escape routes.On the basis of contrasting to several optimal path algorithm and the conditions of the practical application,this paper use the Dijkstra algorithm which is classic and pratical to solve the problem.And this paper realized initially that finding the optimal escape routes in the condition of known incident point and the place where the miners should go.Secondly,according to the needs and objectives of the escape routes,realizing the Applied Research of Scalar map in mine escape routes which is web-based software simulation system by using the J2EE architecture and front-end Flex technology. Loading and the Eagle Navigation of Scalar map,adding nodes, deleting nodes and other basic functions has been completed,which will do good to combine the algorithm of the mine escape routes and the practical application in the future.Mobile GIS is an integrated system.It integrated GIS, GPS, the RS, mobile communications, Internet networking, multimedia and other technology.And it can provide users with personalized, intelligent, diverse spatial information services.As a very good carrier of mobile GIS,Android operating system mobile phones’s increased market penetration made us believe that the desktop applications of GIS on the phone’s will gain new development opportunities,so this paper Conducted a preliminary exploration on the desktop applications of GIS on the phone’s and Verified the functionality of GIS and explored the feasibility of the application of vector map in the system of escape routes in Mobile GIS.
