Pongying Software Park Public Service Platform

This system in this paper is designed for the park managers to grasp the economic situation of enterprises which requires enterprises to report after the completion of the collected statements of economic operation data aggregation, comparison, analysis and data mining in the park. The innovation analyzes the enterprise economic operation characteristics to summarize a complete implementation of CRM system model and design using software engineering combined with the framework of the standard development platform and the key components.Firstly, the paper briefly introduced the technology components, Siebel Component technical architecture and UML modeling skills. It also described the six phases of the system implementation process on the basis of the explicit goals of economicoperation system. Secondly, for the economic operation of the business logic and business processes this paper used the UML modeling tools then conducted a detailed needs analysis which is helpful to establish a complete system of economic operation business object model based on various business layers. Above all, I built a detailed description of the main objects of the model and their mutual relationship. Finally, the functional modules of the workflow automatically access mechanism, the establishment of audit trail, access control and authentication services, even end-use implementations of Siebel CRM implementation methodology are added to complete the system of economic operation.The goal of the system is to build a fully functional, flexible, convenient, high quality and efficient official platform. The establishment of this system modernized the information management, business-process, to achieve cooperation among various departments. The improvement greatly enhances the companies closely and reduces overall operating costs of the park and the human resources investment and improves overall operational efficiency of the park.
