Therefore, electronic payment be born at the right moment, and develops very rapidly.The appearance of electronic payment, to a great extent, has solved the disadvantages ofthe traditional payment. It is a product of high development of Internet technology, only withthe relation of the network and encryption technology. we can link up the ordinary commonpeople, businesses and banks, and realize "a key payment" function. As long as the externalservices by a bank, we will easily be able to realize the functions such as transfer, payment,authorized signing and so on. But because of the rise of electronic payment in not very longtime, and it is not absolute safety too. This paper will put forward a kind of dynamic key online payment based on AES(Advanced Encryption Standard), and uses the latest Rijndael algorithm which are passed byfederal government of the United States,it can replace the traditional electronic payment thatuses3DES algorithm. Riindael passes test by experts in the world password investigate andattack by hackers, And has been proved its excellent performance and the ability to be cracked.To get generation and distribution, of the dynamic key with it,what makes electronic paymentbecome more safe and effective. This paper mainly describes the produce process of dynamickey and the system to important framework implementation, finally to verify the feasibilityand validity of the algorithm by the experimental results.
