In recent years, with the broadband popularity of Internet networks and the rapid development of multimedia technology, more and more people inclined to visually obtain the Internet video information. Researching based on video stream real-time transmission technology is gradually being applied in the life and scientific research field. As a result of real-time video stream transmission requiring a huge amount of data, so not only on the video compression technology has put forward higher requirements, but also the choice of network transport protocols is extremely important. This paper in detail analyzed the H.264video standard coding features and real-time transport protocol RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol). Jointly developed by ITU-T and MPEG new generation of video coding standard H.264codec is divided into two layers of NAL and VCL, and using a lot of new error recovery techniques has a better compression performance and better network adaptability. Doing my best features of the existing Internet network greater demands on the network transmission of video data, real-time transport protocol selection is very important. The RTP/RTCP protocol is a real-time streaming media transmission standard developed by IETF. Not only the introduction of the timestamp and increments the serial number, but also using RTCP feedback QoS information are widely used in multimedia communications.Based on the above theory, the paper in-depth studied suitable for internet transport of the H.264NALU structural and the RTP payload structure. Then the paper put forward a single package and packet packaging combination of RTP packetization suiting for network transmission, and finally used VC++6.0realizing video streaming of H.264RTP packetization transport mechanism. At the receiving end the paper used capturing packet tool-wireshark to verify completion of the expected design goals.
