Questionnaire surveys for the library users are conducted to analyzethe user’s willingness to use this IoT book-recommended service. To verify the feasibility analysis of thisinnovative service in university libraries, an IoT book-recommended Demo system has been built. The interview results are summarized as five elements of consideration--the user habits, informationsecurity, organizational strategy, system technology, and external environmental factors. The survey resultsshow that users generally approve the operation and application of IoT book-recommended service, especially on its usefulness, and their attitude toward using the service turns positive.
